Campurkan kesemua Bahan kecuali biskut merie..
Masak atas dapur gunakan api yg kecil sambil terus mengacau Supaya Tidak hangus dah berketul..
Dah pekat boleh la masukkan biskut merie yang Telah di patah2 kan..
Gaul Sebati biar smua biskut Bersalut Bahan coklat..
Tuang Dalam bekas pilihan Dan tekan padat biskut merie tadi .
Ketepikan dahulu Dan Sambung buat lapisan cheese..

Pukul cream cheese Dan Gula Aising Sampai Sebati Dan licin Tidak berketl..
Masukkan whipping cream...Pukul Sampai Sebati.
Masukkan Esen vanila..
Masukkan pula Gelatin ke Dalam air panas mendidih Dan kacau rata sampai Gelatin Betui2 larut.Boleh jugs masukkan ke Dalam microwave Sekejab,supaya cepat larut.
Tuangkan laritan Gelatin ke Dalam adunan cheese, kacau rata biar Sampai Sebati
Tuangkan ke Dalam bekas yang Berisi Kek biskut merie tadi.
Masukkan ke Dalam peti ais Supaya lapisan cheese mengeras,lebih kurang 3 jam ke atas.

Masukkan Mentega.gaul sebati
Tuang di atas lapisan cheese
Simpan di Dalam peti sejuk dahulu
Sedap di makan sejuk.
