Burger Rolls


Sejak2 ai pandai meroti n hasinya gebuuu lemmmbut n sedap,ai dah xpandang lagi dah roti2 kat bakery2 roti2 yg mamak juai tuh(Hahaaha statement org yg perasan tahap nak mampuss)Kalo angin malas tuh,roti gardenia n yg mamak juai gak sapu,hihi..Tapi bukan nak tipu lah roti nih mmg best,utk amily cikit cam aku 4biji leh mkn 2 kali,kalo yg ramai tuh,pandai2 lah gandakan adunan yo..Best weh kalo wat roti rasa teruja sgt,time bako tuh,kjab2 g jenguk depan oben,pas bakaq,rasa xsabaq jer nak merasa n dengaq komen hubby,tapi cam besa lah,kalo resepi dari mamafami,sure sedap ok..Resepi aku amik kat umah kak mas lagi,hehe..Tengs eh utk keduanya..

Burger Rolls

Ingredients :

*110ml lukewarm water
*1 tablespoon castor sugar
*1/2 teaspoon salt
*1/2 teaspoon dough softener
*1 1/2 cups bread flour
*1 1/2 tablespoons milk powder
*1/4 teaspoon bread improver
*1 teaspoon instant dried yeast
*1 1/2 tablespoons margarine
*Sesame seeds


Letak daging oblong burger LAGI..yola 10KEPING BLH MKN LAMA TUH,hihi..


Method :

1. Pour water, sugar, salt and dough softener into the bread maker pan. Top it with flour, milk powder, bread improver and yeast.
2.Set the breadmaker to Dough function.
3.Once the dough is just combined, add in margarine. Leave the Breadmaker to continue doing it's job. I just leave the dough for about 1 hour in the bread maker and it's ready to be shaped.
4. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Form each dough into a ball and rest for 10 minutes.
5. Flatten the dough slightly and place arrange on a baking tray.
6. Cover the buns and let it rise until double in size (it takes another 30 minutes, depends on the weather). Brush the buns with some egg wash and sprinkle with some sesame seeds..
7. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 C for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Once out of the oven, brush with a bit of margarine. Place on a wire rack to cool.


Nmpak kan betapa gebu n lembut keratan roti nih..

    Sy guna BM kak,dulu b4 da BM,uli tangan pong gebu gak kak,tapi kena ui lma cikit,hehe..Akak try lah,insyaAllah jadi..
