NIGELLA'S CHOCOLATE CHIPS MUFFIN

Assalamualaikum n selamat sejahtera wat semua..Walaupon masih lemau n mood raya xabis lagi nih,Ku gagahkan diri juga nak update n3 nih..Kalo org Ampang tuh lemau sbb da isi kan..Tahniah ya kak Izah,jaga baby lam perut tuh baik2 ya..Aku lak,lemau sbb byk sgt mkn daging kut,huhu..Xder lah sbb mkn daging byk pon,daging lam peti tuh mmg byk,tapi xmasak gpon..Rini masak menu lain,hihi..Pasni mmg byk lah menu daging n tulang yg keluar..Pas raya korban nih mmg byk daging lah kan,alhamdulillah di atas rezeki ni..Jgn sampai tekanan darah naik dah eks,hihi..
Walaupon mood malas nak hapdet,msk ttp msk lah..Ptg nih nih ai sajikan pengunjung2 disini ngan mapin panas2 nih eks,Baru jer siap bakar jab tadi..Mmg best layan mapin nih,syazana sekali hadap 2bijitadi,yerla aku pon mmg dah lama xwat mapin2 nih..

Jenuh bertepis lah nak snap pic mapin togel nih,coz nana n syifa nak amik,huhu..

Resepi aku amik kat umah kak nor,da juga nmpak kak hasue wat bebaru nih,ni kes tergoda kat umah akak berdua nih la..Tima kasih byk utk Semua yg terlibat utk resepi nih ya..

*Aku wat half adunan n bakar lam paper cup yg kecik dapatlah 14biji..

NIGELLA'S CHOCOLATE CHIPS MUFFIN
(recipe souce : adapted from SSB with minor changes)

*makes 12-14 muffins

Ingredients:
250g plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda ~ k.nor letak secubit jer
2 tbsp good quality cocoa powder
170g caster sugar ~ k.nor guna 150gm
150g chocolate chips (save 1/4 of the chips for sprinkling, i use twist white choc and chocolate chips)
200ml milk
80ml vegetable oil
1 large egg
1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 deg C (next time I will reduce to 180-190c).
2. Put the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa, sugar, and 3/4 of the chocolate chips into a large bowl and mix well.
3. Pour all the liquid ingredients into a measuring jug and mix well.
4. Mix the dry and wet ingredients together with slow and gentle strokes. Stop stirring once the last traces of flour disappear. Do not overmix. A lumpy batter will ensure the muffins stay moist and fluffy.
5. Spoon the batter into paper muffin cases.
6. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 chocolate chips on top and bake for 20 minutes or until the muffins are dark, risen and springy.

salam adidiladha Ct, wahhh lemau-lemau dia menjadi juga mapin ni..akak pun sama lemau juga tapi tak mkn daging korban pun lemau gak mcm mana tu?...hehe

nampak sedap mapin tu tapi kalau buat tak ada org nak mkn pulak...akak tumpang mkn sini jer la:)
