Congo Bar


Assalam ptg klmarin wat congo bar nih,dari peknen ritu teringin nak buat n merasa congo bar yg sgt pemes di merata blog satu ketika dulu,2ari lepas uncle yg slalu antaq paper baru jer hantaq majalah jelita yg aku pesan,belek punya belek cam tertarik jer ngan congo nih,so ptg klmarin jalankan projek si congo nih..Mmg sedap,cuma bagi aku,aku lebih suka jenis moist,berbanding yg nih,agak kering..Papun mmg dah tinggai cikit jer,coz mkn ckit2,kalo hentam betoi2,mmg dah licin pong..Yerla ptg klmarin kan aku wat kuih lain gak utk minum ptg,xla balun kek nih byk2,ngeh3..Resepi aku mls nak menaip,so aku cnp jerla dari kak nor,hehe..Tengs bebanyak kak nor ya..Dah glemer kak nor skang nih,hehe..


Si Congo yg x dibakaq lagi..Agak pekat adunannya..

CONGO BARS

Ingredients,
2 3/4 cup all purpose flour-(315g)
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup butter, softened-(150g)
1 lb. light brown sugar(453g) - (k.nor letak 220gm)(Aku letak 100gm utk half adunan)
3 eggs ~ (k.nor guna telur A)
1 teaspoon vanilla
11.5 ounce package milk chocolate chips(326g) - (aku n k.nor guna choc chips)
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)


Baru kuaq oben..

Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a large bowl. Set aside.
Stir brown sugar into softened (not melted) butter in another large bowl until butter disappears. You can use the back of your spoon to help incorporate the two together.
Add eggs one at a time to butter mixture and stir well after each egg.
Add vanilla, chocolate chips and nuts. Mix well.
Add dry flour mixture and stir until well combined.
Coat a 13 X 9 -(Ayu used 10x10)pan with non-stick spray and spread batter evenly into dish(Ayu used parchment paper).
Bake at 170 degree for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown. Make sure you don’t over bake.

Kak Izah,
tambah kismis mesti lagi sedap kan,tapi sukatan gula mmg kena kurangkan lagi lah..Bagi tekak sy mmg sedap congo nih,tapi agk kering,lenkali nak tambah susu ckit,bagi maist,hehe..

uishhh sedapnya tak pernah buat lagi ni nanti nk cubalah....kalau berjiran ngan ct lagi gemuk la akak ni..hehe

Hahaha gelak dulu,owh sbb tula mlm tadi akak tanya masak pa,sbb nak tapau la,xpa kak insyaAllah nnti kalo jmpa lagi sy tapaukan pa yg patut utk akak,lagi pong segan la nak tapau kat org yg pandai masak cam akak nih,ngee..

Sedap kak,tapi agak kering cikit,Muahaha,pastu leh la main masak2 smbil,gosip2,sambil ternak lemak ..hehe..
